I'm a multidisciplinary designer currently shaping experiences at United Airlines. While I currently call Charleston, South Carolina home, I'm always up for embracing new cities and embarking on exciting adventures. With over a decade of experience crafting digital journeys, I'm fueled by my passion for product design and my dedication to understanding users on a profound level.

Beyond the pixels and sticky notes, I find joy in exploring the realms of videography and photography, immersing myself in the untamed beauty of Pennsylvania's wilderness, uncovering fresh musical gems, and concocting delightful cocktails.

United Airlines
Lead UX Designer
April 2021 - Present

  • Collaborates with stakeholders, research partners, and fellow designers to design digital experiences for customers
  • Works closely with multidisciplinary team members throughout the project life-cycle to deliver solutions that meet defined key performance indicators and exceed customer expectations
  • Led the redesign of United Airlines’ Customer Identity and Access Management, leading to a decrease in calls to the Service Center, increased traffic to self-service pages, and implementation of optional email and phone verification with a 71% success rate and 855k emails verified in the first two weeks
  • Redesigned the user hub webpage, increasing traffic by 18.4%
  • Designed and implemented features enabling users to seamlessly upload essential documents such as vaccination records and passports
  • Redesigned the mobile app’s My United and My Account pages, consolidating key functionality into a single account page for ease of use
  • Acted as the accessibility point person, ensuring all digital experiences meet or exceed WCAG 2.2 standards
